Inflag Co.,Ltd. with the Personal Information
Protection Law and other applicable laws and
regulations, the guidelines established by
Personal Information Protection Commission
(hereinafter collectively referred to as the
“Personal Information Protection Law”), and this
Policy.
Inflag obtains personal information in an
appropriate manner to the extent necessary for its
business operations.
The collected personal information shall be used
only within the scope of the matters disclosed
pursuant to the Personal Information Protection
Law and the purpose of use announced in advance.
In order to prevent the leakage, loss or damage of
personal information, we will take necessary and
appropriate organizational, personnel, physical
and technical safety management measures. In
addition, in cases where personal information
handling services are outsourced, the selection
and supervision of outsourcers shall be carried
out strictly.

Ⅰ.Organizational security control measures: In
accordance with the Personal Information
Protection Law, the Company has established an
organizational system to implement security
control measures for personal data, including
the appointment of a person in charge of
personal information management. In addition, a
system is in place to promptly respond to any
leakage of personal information.

Ⅱ.Personal safety management measures: We sign a
written pledge regarding the handling of
personal information for all employees and
conduct education and training on the handling
of personal information on a regular basis in
order to ensure that all employees are fully
aware of it and to provide necessary and
appropriate supervision.

Ⅲ.Physical safety management measures: Measures
are taken to prevent theft of electronic
equipment and media, and appropriate management
is carried out by disposing and deleting them by
methods that cannot be restored.

Ⅳ.Technical security control measures: We have
introduced mechanisms to protect information
systems handling personal data from unauthorized
access or unauthorized software, such as access
control to information systems, measures against
unauthorized software, and monitoring of
information systems.
Personal information will not be provided to third
parties (excluding outsourcers) without the prior
consent of the individual unless it is permitted
by law to be treated as an exception.
If the person or agent requests disclosure or
correction of personal information (Corrections,
additions, deletions, discontinuations of use, or
discontinuations of provision to third parties),
the prescribed procedures will be followed.
If the person wish to inquire about, correct, or
delete your personal information, we will respond
after verifying the person's identity.
We will comply with Japanese laws and other
regulations that apply to personal information we
hold, and will appropriately review and improve
this policy.
